About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to the Crusty Shellback Designs online store. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crusty Shellback Designs. Please read these terms together with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy, and Privacy policy before placing an order.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Crusty Shellback Designs is responsible for the products we sell and our customer service.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Give accurate, current contact, billing, and delivery information. If you create an account, keep its login details secure and contact us if you believe it has been misused.

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of another person's rights, or attempts to interfere with the website or its security.

Products and made-to-order production

We sell made-to-order apparel and home goods. Products may be printed, embroidered, packed, and shipped by fulfillment partners. Review each product's description, available options, materials, care instructions, and size guide before ordering.

Product images may include mockups. Screen settings, lighting, and production methods can cause minor visual differences. This does not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you submit an order. Prices and availability can change for future orders; changes do not retroactively alter the price of an accepted order.

We may contact you to verify an order or resolve an apparent error. If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled items and applicable charges. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

We currently accept orders for delivery only to United States addresses supported at checkout. Production time and shipping time are separate. Our Shipping policy explains rates, delivery estimates, separate packages, and delay notifications.

Because products are made to order, discretionary cancellations or changes may not be possible after production begins. We do not offer routine returns or exchanges solely for a change of mind or a customer-selected incorrect size, color, or style. Our Return and refund policy explains how to get help with damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items. These provisions do not limit rights required by applicable law.

Website content and third-party services

Artwork, photographs, text, logos, and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce or commercially use this content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services and external links may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when you use those services. Our use of a fulfillment or payment partner does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared in connection with the store.

Your legal rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you.
